Common Controls

Line Following

There are two main variations of line following AGV controls - in-ground wire following, or following a painted or tape line on the floor. It's important to choose the right one, as the in-ground wire is more permanent than a painted or tape line that can be easily moved.

The SoftVision camera system features object detection, load location, and area control, all of which offer exceptional safety capabilities and control over areas by use of a multiple camera array.

Multi-Drive Flatbed Transporters offer large, heavy loads to be moved around on a facility floor with ease. Designed to move loads up to 1,000,000 lbs. with multiple battery propelled drive units, the Multi-Drive Flatbed Transporter with Lift makes moving heavy loads across a facility easy and automated. The Multi-Drive configuration adds 2 or more drives depending on capacity, and enables the transporter to engage in complex movements, including zero-radius turning, crab-steering, and lateral movement. This unit is also outfitted with a lift to enable the movement of equipment on steel pallets.

The Pallet Transporter is a low-profile loading bed, with a controllable unit at the end. Our Flatbed Transporters are an all-in-one design and offer a higher load height than other transporters.

Designed to move loads up to 220,500 lbs. with a battery propelled drive unit, the AGV Flatbed Transporter makes moving heavy loads across a facility easy and automated.

Flatbed Transporter with Lift

Flatbed Transporters are high capacity, highly capable, battery-powered units that maneuver loads up to hundreds of thousands of pounds on wheels throughout a facility. The Transporters are controlled via RF controller and can be optioned with a stand-on operator platforms. As with all of our electric transporters, the Flatbed Transporter is able to be operated autonomously with our AGV Technology.
