The GT Tugger gives operators the ability to lift up trailers, carts, and steel pallets, all in a small package with radio control and AGV options. Unlike our Flatbed and Pallet Transporters, the GT Tugger utilizes a hitch to lift the load and maneuver it into position.

Hedin USA offers 3 different types of Tuggers and all have special uses. The GT Tugger specializes in driving under trailers or carts and moving higher capacity loads. The hitch comes up from the GT Tugger and lifts the load and moves it via AGV or RF control.

The operator is kept at a safe distance from the moving load, lowering the possibility of the operator being injured during load transport. With either AGV or RF control, the operator can safely maneuver the load around the facility with maximized precision controls.

Can I charge my GT Tugger on a normal 110v outlet?
You can charge your GT Tugger on normal 110v/220v outlets, but can be used with a 480v external charger to result in higher charging speeds.
What safety features are offered on your equipment?
Safety features vary from product to product, but we are proud to say that safety is our number one priority for our products. We offer a range of safety equipment on our machinery to ensure that the equipment can be operated safely and efficiently.
When do I need my batteries or wheels replaced?
All of our equipment is designed for industrial use with daily use in mind. However, if you run into an issue with your battery or wheels, you can always fill out a form on our Support Page for a replacement part. Normal maintenance, however, varies between products and can be found in your owner’s manual.
