Power Tuggers
Hedin USA’s PTT3 and PTT6 Power Tuggers are designed to be powerful machines, maneuvering up to 100,000 lbs. The tuggers work by lifting the front end of non-motorized trailers, carts, or pallets, and distribute the load to the wheels on the trailer. By taking on the sheer weight of the load, a single operator can comfortable maneuver heavy loads around a facility at speeds up to 120 feet per minute.

All of our Power Tuggers are equipped with a belly safety button that prevents the tugger from pinning the operator. Once hit, the belly safety button triggers the tugger to move forward and lock controls for a limited time when depressed.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Can I charge the Power Tuggers on a normal 110v outlet?
You can charge our Power Tuggers on normal 110v outlets, but higher voltage outlets will result in higher charging speeds.
When do I need my batteries or wheels replaced?
All of our equipment is designed for industrial use with daily use in mind. However, if you run into an issue with your battery or wheels, you can always fill out a form on our “Request a Quote Page” for a replacement part. Normal maintenance, however, varies between products and can be found in your owner’s manual.
Are there any emissions with your battery-powered machinery?
All of our battery-powered equipment, such as our transporters and power tuggers, are emission free thanks to our battery technology.
